Mysthill black pepper gouda (300g)

Young cheddar created from the milk of grass-fed cows from a calf-at-foot dairy (calves stay with mom for 9 months and mom's are only milked once a day - enough is left for the calf). Cows are routine-antibiotic-free and 100% free-ranging.

No preservatives.

Ingredients: full cream milk, cheese culture, microbial rennet, salt, black pepper.
